the theroy,,,ya see I have discovered that Darfur if the after product of Africas unstabilized situation,,as a hole and they all wind up in the middle ,I.e.Chad,Darfur,ect,so mr.colney can ya find somewhere near there anywhere near Darfur that will be easeyer to stabalize even if it's a villege,,,stabalize around Darfur and eventually we/you and I will bring Africa around,pull it all togeather so to say,,any more stability in Africa,will help end Darfurs bad situation it's gonna be a boil down effect,,,,so maybe push some money around not into Darfur.
