wow! this vidio camera is like a computer all on it's own,I've been studing the directios,and learning it will take some time to get it all down I just discovered theres a wide angel movie mode,so I'm learning,quickly,because it's somting I want to photograph memory,my subconsious decides what gets photographicly memorized,I kinda have to program it into my brain what to memorize,so .thats about that.

I got about a hundred songs written and memorized but a lot of them are written for eletric guitar,just like Bettoven,,,it's all up here,in my head,so the electric guitar stuff dosent get played out because I dont have an electric guitar,but it's all allready written in my head,all the rock opra stuff,every shot and every stage setting for partialy interactive stage shows,like you see in "The wall",each a different theam,each city gets a different scean from my rock opra that will compeat with "Tommey"from the Who,or the next level,

I just shot a vidio on my new cam corder,it came out ok but not great I need a wide angel lenz,it's a soney,touch screen dvd16 I think,it is the sixteen,I did a vidio of "shades of black" on accoustic it has some acoustic lead guitar on it,I'm still a little out of practice,the song is of big importance to all of us achually,it's about "Chow"and my slash markes in the sky,,,"shades of black get out!" in the vidio you can see a little of the tiney mottell room I live in and I show a stack of note books and a huge stack of hand written stuff(how much for Curt Cobains hand written materieal?) and I explain that some of it is books I've ritten and some of it is a rock opra.

I rented that rolling stones movie,directed by Martin Scorsayzi"I know I spelt that name wrong,sorry man! exalenta movie so cool to watch mick and keith and ron wood work on there song set,that really was/is a cool thing to put inh the movie,thats one of my favorite things to do,work on my song set,,which songs, which variations on the guitar riffs,are there any lyric changes?make shure I remember every song in minute detail,I have like a hundred songs in my head,with lyrics and I can play anyone of those songs in a minets notice,lots of instramentels,because "Steve Howe" the guitar player from "YES" is the person I most aspired to be, A real musician,the first album I ever bought when it first came out was YES "Relayer" the first album introduced to me at about four or five years old was a Three Dog Night casset tape from my babbysitter the one that gave me the model airplane,I spent hours putting it togeather,and she watched me spend time asembiling it,then one day after getting a beating from my step father while drunk,the same babby sitter came to watch me and I had that model airplane all put togeather,and painted and everything,and right in frount of my babby sitter I went "hey wanna watch this airplane fly,,she kinda giggeled,she had no idea what I had in mind,so I threw the airplane througe the room and it smaSHED VIOLENTLY AGAINST THE WALL,,my babby sitter had an nervous breakdown right then and there just started crying kinda hystericly, it kinda sucks sometime having a photografic memory,once my mom droped us off at a babbysitters two days before christmass and was sapposed to be back that evening,well she never returned till about three days after christmass,my brother and I where hystarical and the babby sitter had to call the police because of child abandonment,it was really horribal and shotly after that I found my mother od,ed in a coma for three months,imagine your grandparents explaning to you at five years old that your mother attempted suiside and shes wont be awake for three months,,,,,,,,,,,and you people screw with me???what is your brain malfunction,,,do you all see why I got SAINTED?,,, pluse I'm a rape victum,and people screw with me,hu I'm a saint  WARNING,WARNING,WARNING, A CARDNAL COULD GET YOU!! SO i'VE BEEN WATCHING OTHER GUITAR PLAYERS AND WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE,no one plays like me,except maybe jimmi hendrix eric clapton or stevi ray vaughn and none of them even,not on an accoustic guitar,not even them,I play "no body knows you when your down and out"by eric clapton<I love that song the cord changes are so complacated and intence I just had to learn it,so I could build blocks off of it,I can play that song at the drop of a dime with no warm up or practice I got a great complament from eric clapton for that,he plays it on  a nylon string guitar I play it on a traditional folk guitar with medium gadge steel strings-j-17 deadario. I've been involved mentely and physicaly with music since I could walk,

they say there will never be another ever again because of computers and vidio games,,what do you think parents?think you'll get your kid to put down the computer and practice an accoustic guitar for thirty seven years,,,?think that will ever happen again? NOT LIKELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting back in practice it's time consuming to gain one half inch thick callasus on your fingers,then rebreak a coupple fingers to free the joint so to get that special thing no one gets.

I got my vidio camera today!!!!yipi now I got to leard how to use it,so that will take some practice time away from me,but I should be able to get a quick vidio up on my youtube site somthing rough I mean I dont have to eddit I never make any mistakes,just shoot the film,not one thing was edited on my c.d"Back from somewhere"we just did a little ballencing and added a few sound affects,thats all,and there was no recording studio just a c.d recorder a ten thousand doller mic, and a coupple cheap mics taped in a why on the mic stand,one for vocals and the ,,,lean to the other when playing harmonica,I could hardly even move,dont bump one of the mics.

I'll be you wont stop me or my fame it,s just to intence,you'll only hurt yourself trying,I could tell you all what kind of protection for me I"ve seen but that might cause troubble,"because of how intence the protection was/is,shotguns pistols and sharp shooters,I sapose there not fooling around hu? so I discover about my medical pot in about eight days,no big deal either way unless they find a problum with it befor they told me there descion about it and that might be,so we will see hu,it is a leagel percription and I have had it for years,so hopefully I wont have to fill my oxycodone percription,el darodo county is listed as an acepting county for medical marjuana but I'm famous and this town is dieing from ecanomic slump people here are on eadge and angery all the time or drunk or  sufferting from a gambiling habit,losing the wifes ring ect.ect.so people and things generaly,,GENERALLY!!dont go well for me here this is like angry town,bussness folding every day,even Bijo one of the oldest wealthy people here,I mean been here forever,there going out of bussiness,hevenly ski resort is probably being used as a tax right off for that giant co.there certainly not turning a profit,,

thats how it goes in a bad econamy the resort towns get hit first and the hartdest,you all tryed to blame your economic turn down on me and my fans,,,,dont BLAME it's a bad habit like gambling,no one can afford a vacation andf it will take years for this town to come back up it may never come back up,it happens all the time where small towns just kinda disapear, bad planing ,not pedesrian friendly, tow a lot of cars all mistakes I've seen here,not pot friendly,go to colarodo,want to gambel go to las vages who by the way dosent want casinos here in tahoe,thats a lot of pressure,this town may never recover,,

so I'm moving out of here my brother and my mother bolth think it's a good I.D. to leave tahoe and go back home to marin county the stars are getting kind of tired of this town as well when I leave they will leave with me,you'll just stop seeing them,I'm going home and I'm taking my family with me,I'll be gone in a coupple monthe right during tahoes dead season,GOODBY!!!

no more thorzine no more,kalonapins, now all I got is a low dose like ten milgrams of amatriptylin,which I've taken before,mild antidepresent/pain killer,cause it has some anagelicis in it,ok and another m.d. that agrees with my medical marjuana percription,yipi!!!!,getting less paranoid now,the phyc also told me that mentel helth court and the whole phacility is losing funding,so soon only probation,then move back home to novato or fairfax or san rafaell where everyone knows me and make a court date in marin (with the bail bondsmens advertisment)"lake tahoe,arive on vacation leave on probation"yea and ask the marin court to take me off formal probation and put me on summerary,thats just dont break the law,,,thats step three,,comming up,and I hyave a small thing on my record thats a decade old,I will petition that to be taken off my record,,should be no problum,I get to use hospice now and might get a ssi paid attendent to go to the grocery store for me thats like the last difacult placees to go when your famous,soon I wont be able to go to coffie shops any more,well thats been happening,someone drove by my window last night and screemed out there window,"we wont let them heath leadger you kevin"we love you kevin!!!it's pretty cool to heare that from my apt window all alone in there,verry uplifting,devoted kevin fans,thanks,k-love!!!

divided sky used to have an open mic,and I played ther ever so offton,I had an accoustic pickup and an acostisonic fender accoustic amp as a head for the p.a.

I walked in one night to play three songs two was with harmonica and singing,I waited my turn,everyone was there a lot of famous musicains,some of the Almen Bros,ect ect,I was thinking cool this could be it!!!!,

I got up there at my turn and just smoked thoes three songs,like playing for my life!!  and when I finished,no aplause(almost always get standing ovation)but no not a sound you could here  a pin drop,dead silence,not one clap,.

somthing was different,,,three things I thought as I packed up my gear.

one they think I suck and in that case I'm heart broken and I failed miserably,   two it's like going to see "Pink Floyd"jaw drop,overwhelmed ya just sit there and try to belive what you just saw and heard was real!!>.   or three theses where my peers the musicaians,the famous people there,trying to tell me in some way famous people act,,,YOU CANT PLAY CLUBS AND BARS ANYMORE YOUR TO GOOD FOR THIS KIND OF VENUE.

THE THIRD ONE IS THE ONE THAT SEEMS TO BE REALLY TRUE,THE SECOND ONE TO,,,,,

SO i CANT PLAY LIVE ANYMORE!!!! GO BIG,YER GONNA GO BIG,THE l.a. ARENA i'VE BEEN HERING LATELY ...

I'm like that now!!!I couldnt play at tahoes convention center,they would tear the place down ,with state line and alcahol and casinos,oh my god you would have to set up e.r.tents and pregnency centers,

but you all dont really realize it yet,,,,me walking down ther street is one thing(by the way I turned and noticed a crowd of about fifty people fallowing me down markrt st.)they saw the shocked expresion on my face and kinda dispersed.

there was a time when maney famous bands wanted me to play guitar and or harmonica for them/with them,but I said I wanted to do my own thing,I remember the conversation"it takes a lot of money to do your own thing ya know"the person said,my own thing I did'nt think I was talking about living legend,my own thing me the bands frount runner,ya know,who thinks ya might get BETTER THAN THAT!!!!!

I started a band in s.lake tahoe was great for awhile,we where gonna rock the place,we where having instiotanious songs ariving out of the blue,there was a drummer a base player,and a keyboaRD PLAYER AND SOMTIMES A RYTHUM GUITAR PLAYER ,ON THE MONEY TIMEING,FIRST OR SECOND PRACTICE SESSIONS(MY LIVING ROOM BANDS ARE BEYOND BELIVING,WE DID THAT IN KINGS BEACH TO) WE WHERE PLAYING MY MUSIC,MY SONGS,THIS WAS BEFORE i RAN TO VERMONT,IN A LITTLE MOTELL APRT,MY BASS PLAYER LIVED NEXT DOOR,

MY BASS PLAYER WALKED UP TO ME ONE DAY AFTER BAND PRACTICE,AND SAID TO ME,,JUST AS THIS LITTLE EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD GIRLE WAS HANDING HIM HER PPHONE NUMBER,,MY BASS PLAYER SAID TO ME,,,HU,HEY MAN i DONT WANT TO PLAY MUSIC WITH YOU ANY MORE,i ASKED HIM WHY DID i DISRESPECT HIM OR SOMTHING WHAT DID i DO?

what it was was a plea bargin with the court I have ssi from a phycical disability,the court said if I try to plead innocent they would turn it into a felony,is that cohersion?seems so,it's on the stenographer,so it's easyer to get out of the mentel helth thing than a feloney,theres no individual counsling any more they cant afford it,so just a group session,sit in a circal and CROW everyone till the phyciatrist says no more,I'm also allowed to move anywhere in califonia,marin dosent have a mentel helth court,can pay for a few privet phyciatris appts in marin,to get me off the meds,wont know about medical marjuana untill tommorow,so sober till then,they also said(probation) I can get off formal probation in six months,then I can drink again smoke again whatever I want just dont get busted for anything,so now they will probably try that for six monthe,,,people need to learn that getting me in troubble is not benificiary to there well being due to over zelous fans that I have no controll over,

I saw on the news while in jail that a kevin O'connell imposter was stabed to death in a bar in nevada,someone told me he even claimed he was in love with jennifer,he's dead now,I guess they figured if they did it while I was in jail they could post no blame,,,,that person must have been mentely disabled,to think that would work,,theres a mamorial fund for his family ask a bank in nevada for that or chamber of comerce,,then lets think about the last episode someone got me involved in,,,get it togeather please I'm tired of watching people die.

I'm in the same boat as all of you out there ,,,,I lost everything,three guitars,one was a martin twelve string,,that hurt,I lost my nice apt on medesto in s.lake tahoe,I lost my sister that took care of me AMY!!I lost my "fishman accoustic pick up(two hundred and fifty bucks)I lost my Fender acostisonic amplifier,I had to move into my freakin car,then I lost my drivers licence(big fines)thousand dollers at least,it's just money though no crime or anything,then my car regestration went to eighteen hundred dollers,cant pay it,then I losty the key to my car,one thousand dollers to replace my car key,then have it towed to a dealership to reprogram  the alarm comp..

I lost to everyone,everything!!!!!then I got famous an started getting attacked,people trying to drive me into suiside,just what they do I guess,a coupple other actors told me the same thing happened to them and even asked me for help,I know you people did that to heath ledger,that was no accadent I've been there!!!!!death is easer than this job,,,on that note ,polititions GET OUT OF OUR MINDS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!,you polititions dont own us,a africain americain presedent with movie and rock star slaves,,,,this should not be true mr.obama,

I'm slowwly getting back in practice it takes time it's not an eletric guitar,,,,my brother recorder me playing an eletric guitar with a wa pedel and a distortion box ,it sounded great untill my brother recorded it shawns rythum guitar is the volum of the lead(dronded me out)volume up on my mistakes and volume down on my nice lead,my old rythum guitar player used to do that screw up the rythum right when I'm about to really play,thay did that to phiona apple as well I saw a special on it,try to use kevin,stamp his name on it,look how much better I am than kevin,see he sucks!!! 

THATS WHY I DONT PLAY LIVE ANYMORE!!!!everytime screw up the sound board,,every time,because they cant compeat!!!!.
