the court now recognizes I have a terminal disease,I was complamented by the judge for a great report and there happy I'm coperating fully with everything,whew!!I cant tell you world the kind of stress I've been living under for the past two weeks,my public defender said we wont bring up my medical marjuana untill the next court date because this paticuler judge dosent belive in it,and my public defender said I will have a much better chance at keeping my med marjuana if my docter here in tahoe agrees with it ,and I know she will agree,because she has been trying to help me slow down on all the pain killers ,she was the one that wrote to the d.m.v. saying thaqt I'm in no way shape or form to crazy to drive,which cleared my drivers licence ,I just have about a thousand dollers in past due tickets to pay so because of her my drivers licence is just a money issue,,yipi!!went to collections,no problum except for intrest on that amount.

I dont have time today to work on my youtube account,more vidios comming ,I did a vidio of "Shades of black"one of "The park" bolth of thoes songs the world has not heard,except maybe for bootleging,I also did a vidio of "New mexico"and one of "Broken down in Winamaca"so I think I've figured out why we,me and the world only got part of a vidio,takes time to down load and it downloaded from back to frount,was losing patience,I have little patience for computers,but I'm getting it down now,so soon there will be cooler stuf,like an interview of me,maybe a film short.

I just wanted to bless Arlo Gutries family,(I fixed your kitchen sink a few years back) I've been thinking about Woody Gutri a lot lately,so famous,world wide and that he died poor in a mentel hospital and if not for Bob Dylan,singing Woody songs to him.it must have pleased Woody greatly,,thank god for people like that,(Bob Dylan)and Arlo so this time around that wont happen to me!!!! at fifteenj percent off the top for taxes,and eight cents on the doller I look foward to doing my part in restoring americas econamy.

I managed to get the ending of one of my vidios on my youtube account,and it took me hours to do it,so not much music a coupple cords and me talking,I'm getting in big pain from doing this I have to go right now I'll try to download a vidio properly another day,by,by,really fustrating I've been here for hours with little sucsess

I just droped off a stack of documentation to my public defender,proof that I've had medical marjuana befor and after I got incarsarated,and documentation that my nerosergon says I'm dieing of a terminal disease,degenitive dick and bone disease,the vertabra in my neck is disinagrating,one by one traviling down my back,there all breaking apart,if I dont stay strong I'll be in A weelchair my neck mussels are the only thing keeping me from a weelchair,thats why you see me walking all the time,the surgery to fix it(if possable,might not be)is more dangerous than open heart surgry,so I"kinda wiped out,I also today went to ssi to reinstate my suplamentel ssi,they take your ssi away if you get thrown in jail,when you get free you can reinstate it.

so I made a coupple vidios last night with dvd-rw that is formateable,should work,but I know nothing about computers,I spent my entire life playing guitar and plumbing so I may not be able to figure it out,"shades of black"came out the best,I also did one of "New Mexico,bolth are cool remember,no equipment,no mic,no band there all ment to have bass drums and some keyboard,especialy "Shades of black,some nice impossable lead guitar in it though,you can see the little box,motell room I try to live in, many times since I discoverd I was made famous,and poor,twentyfour hour watch,stay kevin!

wow! this vidio camera is like a computer all on it's own,I've been studing the directios,and learning it will take some time to get it all down I just discovered theres a wide angel movie mode,so I'm learning,quickly,because it's somting I want to photograph memory,my subconsious decides what gets photographicly memorized,I kinda have to program it into my brain what to memorize,so .thats about that.

I got about a hundred songs written and memorized but a lot of them are written for eletric guitar,just like Bettoven,,,it's all up here,in my head,so the electric guitar stuff dosent get played out because I dont have an electric guitar,but it's all allready written in my head,all the rock opra stuff,every shot and every stage setting for partialy interactive stage shows,like you see in "The wall",each a different theam,each city gets a different scean from my rock opra that will compeat with "Tommey"from the Who,or the next level,

lofe was insaine back when I was a child a twentyfour seven emergency situation all the phyciatrist say I should have gone insain by the age of ten,,,my recent phyciatrist tells me it's a commen phycosis to think your the "one!"A LOT OF PEOPLE SUFFER FROM THINKING WISING THEY WHERE ME,WOULDNT THAT BE NICE BE KEVIN WITHOUT GOING THROUGH ALL THAT HELL,A LOT OF PEOPLE! suffer to think there me,,,even in court they said"what we have here is the real kevin o'connell" I think they where being sarcastic thinking I'm bipolar and not the real kevin,just another sufferer from that phycosis,it's hard for it to get real for them,because ya know how could it be,how could you be the real kevin oconnell,the real kevin oconnell must be RICH!!!,what with all that promoation,that this person in frount of me runs the united nations and stops war,this stupid hippi that just got in troubble,while in court they asked if there was anyone here for you?ya know like the media or movie stars or some polititions maybe,,,"no one here to save you hu?"that there wasent valadated for there own minds thaT i'M NOT THE REAL KEVIN OCONNELL JUST ANOTHER IMPOSTER, A LOT OF PEOPLE JUST DONT PAY ATTENTION!!!     A lot of these people I deaL WITH DONT EVEN WATCH T.V. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THAT VALADATION i STRUGGEL TO STAY UP LIFED,i LIVE ALONE,PHYCICLY i'M ALONE ALL THE TIME,i STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE ESPECIALY SINCE i GOT BEAT UP RECENTLY,AND THROWN IN JAIL,THE GUY ALMOST GOT BUSTED FOR HITTING A PEDESTRIAN IN A CROSS WALK SO HE TURNED IT AROUND ON ME KEEPING ME AWAY FROM MY BACK PACK SO i COULDNT REACH FOR MY CELL PHONE TO CALL 911,HE WAS A LOT BIGGER THAN ME AND ON SPEED OR SOMTING A VERRY SCARY INDIVIDUAL,HE PUNCHED ME AND HAD ME ON THE GROUND THE GUY WAS GONNA KICK ME IN THE FACE,i WOULD HAVE WON IN JURY TRIAL,,,,SO YES i'M FEELING VERRY ALONE,VERRY DEFENCELESS,JUST WAITING FOR SOME HORRIBAL THING TO HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN.

I just shot a vidio on my new cam corder,it came out ok but not great I need a wide angel lenz,it's a soney,touch screen dvd16 I think,it is the sixteen,I did a vidio of "shades of black" on accoustic it has some acoustic lead guitar on it,I'm still a little out of practice,the song is of big importance to all of us achually,it's about "Chow"and my slash markes in the sky,,,"shades of black get out!" in the vidio you can see a little of the tiney mottell room I live in and I show a stack of note books and a huge stack of hand written stuff(how much for Curt Cobains hand written materieal?) and I explain that some of it is books I've ritten and some of it is a rock opra.

lisithen everyone you cant blame my mother for all the horibal things that happened to me as a child!!! try to imagine if you will being twenty years old,beatifull,singel in the san fernando vally in the summer of love,with two young boys that are allready tramatized by the age of five,,hu!not an easy task,,my mother got beatten up and ect.ect.on that christmass when my brotherr and I got left at the babby sitters,it's not her fault,she really tryed to take care of us,there where bikers everywhere my mom was really cute and petite,my brother and I where racing m/x/ bickels,when they didnt have mountain bikes then and motercycels,my step father Dick piping his Harley apart in our kitchen"dont touch that,wack,".
